I'm Josh, and I've been taking computers apart (and actually putting them back together) since I was a kid. What started as a bedroom hobby turned into years of hands-on experience with everything from building custom PCs and troubleshooting Windows nightmares, to getting to grips with different operating systems and sorting out all kinds of devices.

By day, I work as a Child Care Officer for North Lincolnshire Council — so helping people and being part of this community is genuinely important to me. That same approach carries over into the IT side of things. I want to offer something that actually works for local people: honest, affordable tech help without the eye-watering call-out fees.
